Florian Mueller runs down Samsung's tactics to delay and obfuscate the jury hearing over its dispute with Apple, which is scheduled to begin on July 30. While Samsung's 700 questions include detailed queries like "Do you think most companies with monopoly power would end up abusing their monopoly power in the marketplace?"; in contrast, Apple is taking the matter somewhat easier with just 49 questions, which reportedly include hard-hitters like "Would you like an ice cream cone?"
